Our rates

Incidential expenses like water, electricity, gas or municipalitity fees are always included in the prices stated, as well as fresh linen, bathroom and pool towels and the final cleaning.

Security deposit: EUR 1.200,- by bank transfer one week before arrival

Pool heating: on request (EUR 50,- per day).
This deposit will be refunded to you until five days after departure, unless there is a complaint.

Price includes:

• All utilities such as electricity, gas, water
• Internet free of charge
• Bed linen, bath robes, towels for bath and pool
• Final cleaning
• Special conditions for long-term stays and winter stays on request!
